Cecilia Flombaum has been in the Microsoft channel for almost 20 years and in the Business Applications space for about 14 years in different capacities. She assumed the lead role in the Business Application Strategy team as part of the One Commercial Partner with worldwide responsibility in August 2017.  In this role she is responsible for capacity planning, capability and growth strategies, and worldwide field execution, all aimed at the development and health of Microsoft’s Business Applications partner ecosystem and co-selling success.

During her Business Applications tenure, Cecilia was Partner Recruitment Lead for Microsoft Dynamics for Europe Middle East and Africa and later Worldwide leading the strategy for attracting, recruiting and on-boarding new partners into the channel ecosystem. Later, she was responsible for the Partner Development Centres worldwide, for which she created the business model, community, and operational framework. She was then worldwide lead for Dynamics channel-related field roles worldwide, and finally served as Chief of Staff for the former CVP of Microsoft Business Solutions.
